Mr. Waseem Hamad first obtained his B.s.c in Biological sciences in 2001 from the University of Jordan in the Hashemite Kingdome of Jordan.
Having started his career in Mr. Hamad joined Hikma Pharmaceuticals in 2001, and participated in key strategic projects in MENA and Europe which had participated highly in many successes for Hikma pharmaceuticals in global market of injectables, through his position as corporate Senior Manager for Injectable business until 2014. Building on his career achievements and global experience he was appointed in 2015 as General Manager for Qlife Pharmaceuticals, the first generic multi lines pharmaceutical company in state of Qatar, while he is leading today Qlife pharma to achieve Qatar national vision, Mr. Hamad had been key player in a complete cultural change in the state of Qatar towards building pharmaceutical manufacturing culture by working closely with different governmental and privet sector agencies as well as introducing new programs and ideas to develop the higher education of pharmaceuticals with joint projects with Qatar university, Mr. Hamad continue to lead as an impactful leader in the health care sector in the state of Qatar managing Qlife to go through a rapid phase of growth and development, including the diversification of conventional medicine to biotechnology production and global manufacturing expansion.
