After her graduation with M.B., B.S in 2011 from University of Medicine in Yangon,she founded Youth Doctors healthcare group which is non-profit and non-governmental organization based in Yangon. She organized group of young doctors and medical students for medication, health education and volunteering in remote areas, disaster areas and weekly charity clinics. In 2011, she got a title prize of Miss SMART from UNFPA and Myanmar Medical Association which is a recognition prize for an outstanding youth for the year. While working as a clinical doctor in a private clinic, she cooperated with other national and international NGOs and participated in their social responsibility activities as a main medical supporter. Her organization has got recommendations and appreciation letters from Samsung, LG and Good Neighbors International as active, youth organization.In 2016, she had joined Medical Leadership, communication and advocacy Training in Mayo Clinic, Florida, USA as a Myanmar Representative doctor.

In 2017, she became Myanmar Delegate to join Australian Asean Emerging Leaders 2017 program in Melbourne and Sydney. She is also a freelance trainer for community health workers from other organizations.She is one of the Myanmar Youth Delegates for ASEAN Youth Forum and last November,2017 and attended AYF 2017 in Manila, the Philippines. Currently, she is running her healthcare organization to transform into a social enterprise while working as a project administrator for an Australian based international NGO.She is also planning to start a clinical research study on her patients coming to weekly charity clinic for further development of an organization. In addition to volunteering, she loves to play piano during her free times. She is also a silver medalist of National Piano Competition 2004, Myanmar.
