Dr. Hibah Shata, BDS,MSc,FDSRCSI

From Saudi Arabian, achieved a bachelor in Dental surgery with Honours from King Saud University, College of Dentistry , Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 1992.

Worked for the Ministry of Health and Armed forces Hospital before going to England and achieved a Master of Science from the University of London, UK 1995.

In 1996 got the FDSFRCSI Fellowship in General Dental Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, Dublin, Ireland.

Worked as an Associate Consultant at King Fahd National Guard hospital. In 2000 moved to Dubai, UAE and Established a prestigious private Dental Clinic in Dubai.

A member in the Emirate Medical Association and Chairperson of the Scientific committee for the Dental Society from 2004 until 2008

In 2007 achieved a Diploma in Business Management with the University of Dubai the program was 'Entrepreneurship and Business Plan Development and recieved the Award Certificate for the best business plan.

In the same year her daughter was diagnosed with Autism and discovered how little services the children recieve in the Gulf Region.

In 2008 Founded the Child Early Intervention Medical Center

The children were prepared for the schools but schools refused to include and integrate them so in 2010 Co-Founded the Child Learning and Enrichment Medical Center a preparatory Center with a unique Model that give every child and Individual Education Plan and teach academics and manage the behaviors in the same time. Both Centers are dedicated to children with Developmental delays offering diagnosis and therapeutic treatments.

Winner of the Emirate Women Award 2011, Leadership Category Princess Haya Award for the best special need center for the best website in 2010, SME Health and Wellness Award 2015 The 50 Women Leadership Award in the HealthCare 2016.

An EFQM certified assessor and an active member in Dubai Quality Group, Dubai Business Women Council, and Jordan Business Council, contribute to the development of special need services and advocate for their inclusion in mainstream schools and society. Lead many initiatives including the Annual Walk for Autism, Listen to the Autism Beat, Annual Autism around the World Conference and GCC Inclusion Conference.
