Dr.Tarang, a graduate of Lady Harding Medical College New Delhi brings with her over 12 years of experience of working in healthcare in New Delhi Singapore and Mumbai. She did her clinical fellowship in orthopedics at Alexandra hospital Singapore and an MBA, specializing in health care management from National university of Singapore. She was Head of Clinical Quality at Changi General Hospital and served in Ministry of Health and contributed in improvement of hospital services from Head quarter perspective. At present, she is Chief Executive Officer of Jaslok Hospital & Research Centre. She leads and directs all quality management activities for the hospital including patient care and relations, risk management and safety, performance improvement, develops strategic plans and policies for improved quality throughout the hospital. Besides this, she plays an important role in streamlining the operations and management of patients in various clinical areas such ICUs , Operations theatres, Emergency Medicine Services. Her passion is to ensure optimisation of health services with appropriate resource allocation in the various aspects of patient care. She is a strong believer of teamwork within and across department. Her ultimate goal is to achieve that all patients going out of a hospital should be satisfied with the various services provided as that mirrors the successful management of all aspects of healthcare delivery in the hospital.
